Or loaded and locked. There is actually a big debate on this term, if you can believe that. Imagine anyone caring about proper or anywhere near accurate terms these days! This goes all the way back to flintlocks, where you had to lock the hammer, and then load. Then there are some modern weapons that you couldn't get a shell in if the safety was on (ie locked). It's now a movie and political sound bite that the cows and sheep on the coasts like to trot out. I hope eddie and Maxine are doing ok, although it is looking sort of rough at the moment, I believe. -ng- If you really want to know someone ready for war, I think MB could supply a platoon pretty easy, although, they might have quite a few old weapons. -vbg-
