Well he's doing them all now..when I say 'hit' I only meant the ones that were called as hitting 'buy' triggers some of them fail also as did TAGS after they trigger. About 15% just lie and stagnate and I include them on the off chance they might hit i.e. trigger buy signals. His analysis can include them all it really doesn't matter since, eventually even the ones that don't hit right away might hit later (i.e. NCOG, CLNTF etc)

But if the company didn't move up at all in anticipation it would cloud the results since are looking for companies that move on anticipation and want to track these companies to see if they move higher 2 weeks to 6 weeks or longer after the report. We could use other companies as a 'control' and see how they moved.. The point is still the importance playing the earnings plays for more than 'one hit wonders'.. I play them myself over and over, but only held a handful since the report. There were too many missed and they would have been perfect for the interim the nets and techs were down.
