We expect break-even financial results for the
company's third quarter of fiscal 1999. Business at LTX has
improved considerably over the past few months as its
Fusion test systems are being met with strong demand. As a
result, expect backlog and visibility to improve dramatically.
LTX has very strong earnings leverage over the next few
quarters. As revenue increases, LTX is positioned to see
expenses as a percentage of revenue decline considerably.
Gross margins should increase commensurate with revenue.
Analysts have recently raised their ratings on LTX and shares
of the company have surged. Expect further share price
appreciation as investors take notice of the improvements at
LTX. While there may be some upside to third quarter
estimates, the key driver for LTX shares will be guidance
from management. We expect it to be positive.

John, and (belatedly), we did indeed get that higher response. And with no negative news, do you suppose we could get just a bit more out of this little powerhouse?
