Tony's comments were correctly measured and totally appropriate. While I suspect that you would be happier with a little more wide-eyed promotion, most institutional investors would be uncomfortable with such deportment from a large company CFO. I, for one, appreciate Tony's conservatism; it's better to say less and deliver more than to be pilloried as a tout.

Tony provided the facts: business is strong; Korea will not adversely impact the June quarter or the rest of the year; and, the insider selling is not coincident with any adverse fundamental development. His point on the latter was subtle but concise. The insider window is open because business is fine and there have been no negative developments. Were there unfavorable trends, management would either disclose the bad news or close down insider transactions.
