Mike, I appreciate your post. I also firmly believe that my questions are very pertinent. Instead of a CEO posting a warning to anyone who will not talk positive about his company, that they should stay away. He should address the issues raised. If he so deems to address any posts on his company sight that were made on the internet. Perhaps, clarification of the issues raised would have been a better tact. What does he have to lose if all that was said is totally wrong. I would certainly look the fool then, wouldn't I. Much gratitude and regards, Tom

mike: i would bet that your opinions are different than 99% of the FCM longs who know the history of FCM and all of the bashing that has occurred over the past 3 years. i have a folder full of posts that would support my opinion from both Silicon Investor and Raging Bull. it is one thing to give an opinion about a company based in fact. it is something completely different to spend 3 years posting on different boards bashing the company and its shareholders over and over again both publicly and privately. with the SOLE INTENT of damaging the reputation of the company and its shareholders. the only purpose being to damage credibility. i have private messages with a variety of phrases tossed around, viscous insults, disgusting messages that, along with the public messages, strongly support my opinions. i think any reasonable person, when armed with all of the evidence would draw the same conclusion as i have. i really dont think that your opinion is given here for any reason other than to tweek the investors here. the real problem here is the continuous pattern of malicious comments. take this post: Message 9676230 i think any reasonably smart person understands what the author is saying here. now, its funny how all of the sudden now that the company takes a strong stance, that people like yourself who are probably no more than traders come out of the woodwork to throw in some nonsense. i appreciate my company going to bat for me. it is my belief that the longs that have been here for years simply believe in this company, have researched the technology, and are truly excited about the company's prospects. what is wrong with that. it happens on every board here on Silicon Investor and comparetively speaking, this board has been pretty free of any outrageously positive commentary. i have my hard-earned money invested here. i am an INVESTOR not a trader. i dont think i deserve to have an individual bashing my company on a weekly basis with the intent to do me financial harm. i think it is pathetic that our society has come to the point that lawsuits have to be tossed around in order to enforce some sort of civility and honesty. i dont like it. but i do support it, if it is the only way to stop someone from damaging the credibility of a company i am invested in. by the way, i am not aware that the company is targeting anyone with their comments. i do not speak for anyone but myself, and my opinions regarding any poster are solely my own. i think the main thing is that the company is just trying to show that they will be taking a harder line in the future.
