I also find it bizarre that they are threatening you without having served you.

As noted, they emailed me the summons and the complaint, in an apparent effort to persuade me that I HAD been served.

Didn't work. Not good service.

Bizarre would be a word alright - #reply-9728402 - 'absurd' and 'weird' come to mind as well ... why don't these people have the cojones to put their 'points' across here in public on the thread?
