SkyWest soars with profit and then gets downgraded.. CUST is worth $260, the banks are called a "SELL". Might as well be tuned into BayWatch for that's the only Silicon Valley some of these analysts should be analyzing.

Positive surprises

SkyWest Inc. (SKYW: news, msgs) posted fourth quarter income from operations reached $11.2 million, or 45 cents a share, compared with $5.88 million, or 26 cents, in the year-ago period. Analysts polled by First Call were expecting a profit of 35 cents. Operating revenue grew to $103.1 million, compared to $67.0 million in the year-ago period. The shares cloed down 7/16 to 23 9/16 Monday.
