Bill, you state so unequivocally that the price is overvalued, but do you in fact know this to be true? You, no more than the rest of us, can know the full impact of the contracts or relationships with the companies with which EDIG is doing business. Only future press releases or filings will tell us that. In a strictly balance sheet/historical perspective, yes, it would seem that EDIG is overvalued. One must also take into account the change in events and potential future ramifications to state with certainty the correct valuation. Perhaps, your reticence to short EDIG speaks louder than your blunt statement as to their worth. (people can buy MMs after all)
As to the presence of certain entities, one would suppose even they buy stock in good companies every now and again. They weren't here in the beginning. They seem to be momentum players, even when they have to create it themselves. I have no use for that sort either, but one cannot hold it against a company strictly because they are buying/posting. Please give a little leeway in your valuation statements, at least until you have something solid, it would inure to your credit should you do so.
Best, Savant
