yes but they have had lots of chance to load up on margin and yet the stock keeps leaking.almost worse than a staright shot down as you have more time to reload and the rallies keep you hoping it is still ok.besides it is sitting on the 200 ma and it won't really flush until that is broken.all the mutual fund guys are closet technicians.fwiw.
