My nascent miniaturized prosthetic-device department is already on this.

And on an on-topic note, I'm also baffled by whatever logic propelled this stock higher on what I'd consider disheartening news. I suppose if the company announced they were buying back 2 1/2 million shares because the price was absurdly low, the stock would have clunked to 8.
