I know you are one of the best when it comes to DD Gary, thats why I was so interested in giving you a phone number that might be legitimate. I tried the number several times, but never connected to anyone, I guess you have the right touch! Sure didn't take you long to gather this wealth of information....I am not sure what to make of it all yet, but will have to go over it. You mentioned a hostile takeover was in progress, we have to figure what the implications are for us shareholders.....(sure reminds me a lot of that OTHER STOCK we are in)! Ga Bard... Certainly won't fault you for digging....Maybe that's what is needed to get the "skeletons" out of the closet...I, too, was working on getting the tel. number for you to call...SO, it looks to me like we have a mixture here of sour grapes along with lack of the company's ability to actually get something on the table way before this had erupted. I, too, had heard some stories out there about some very big shareholders getting their noses twisted.....But as it was pure rumor or speculation, something that I could not back up at all, just hints out there, I was not sure... So, it appears that we also have some angry, powerful shareholders out there???? The plot thickens.... GEEZ, I hate thick plots....Can't we finish this up like on TV...You know, in a half hour, they worry you, then finish up with a happy ending, with even a few commercials thrown in!!!! NOT!!!! By all means, please share with the board whatever else you find out. I only wanted to make sure everyone knew that some things were possibly pure rumor....But, we allllll need the truth here, whether it be good or bad....Good part is, a lot of people out there trust you to really tell it like it is.... Gary: Just to clarify......the fellows name was Mark JABLON, and he is in no way connected to Avalon. I have known Avalon for years, and he is a straight arrow, believe me. He does own the stock, as do I and he IS NOT touting it for his own gain. Talked to him this aft, as a matter of fact, and he was as pleased as the next guy to see it move. We've both held this thing for a while, and are a ways from break even just yet. You need not believe me, if you so choose, but don't waste DD on trying to connect the two........its not there. One lives in Florida, I believe (Jablon) and one in Toronto (Avalon). the fact both names end in LON, is just a coincidence. FWIW Thanks Mike
