David..

The listing requirements for Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
nasdaq.com

Net Tangible = $6 million Can. (no problem)
Public Float = 1 million (no problem)
Market Value of Public Float = $7.5 million Can. (no problem)
Shareholders 300 (no problem)
Market Makers 3 (no problem when they get listed)

Market Capitalization $50 million (no problem)
or
Operating History 4 (no problem)

Corporate Governance Yes (no problem)

And here is the kicker...everyone that followed BII already knows that the minimum bid price to get on the NASDAQ is $6 Can. However I believe they actually need an average of $6 for a month so they actually need to get it to $8-9 or so to make sure of getting a listing.

From report...
we have committed to take the appropriate steps that will lead to a US registration filing this year,

If they want to commit themselves to getting the price to $8-9 during the next year you will not see me complaining. Hell with the number of shares I am already holding if they get it up to that price I am retiring early <gggg>. However I am still going to play it safe and load up on the rest of my shares during any summer downdraft.

Maybe it is just me but this story just keeps getting better and better. Now time to go back into wait mode.

Best Regards
KEITH
