Sorry I left out that the article on the Magna annual general meeting was in todays National Post, the Financial Post section. It talks extensively about Venture. SGGNF 1

Here is a little "cut" from the news release on Magna approving "Ventures" as a separate public company. The Board confirmed that Ventures' business strategy will be to utilize its asset base to expand Ventures through: the acquisition of racetracks in addition to the Santa Anita Racetrack (considered to be one of the premier racetracks in the United States); the development of real estate, including specialized retail and/orleisure/recreational properties, in part through the exploitation of existing developable assets; and the potential development of media sports betting in Europe and North America in conjunction with one or more strategic partners.
