No stockholder should vote for anything this rotten management has proposed, they are revealing nothing and are out to dilute the shareholders.Obviously they cannot succeed without shareholders approval of authorized shares or reverse split to put their future unreported deals forward to their own betterment.I would rather see them bankrupt then to give them approval to continue based on their regard for shareholders .They will dilute us ten times if they get their way,one can only hope that class action lawsuits are filed soon for misleading shareholders and idanta is part of this.Vote no.

It would be simple for idanta to simply buy additional preferred shares or loan gate additional funds, however they will only do that if they can get the dilution by the reverse split or authorized shares increased.Note how they are changing the dates when they will run out of funds and deals are being made behind the scenes-no way will I vote yes to anything they propose.
