I did a quick check of Microforum and found out that they are strapped for operating cash. On Mar 9 they issued 2.8 special warrants for 3 mil in cash, Apr 9 - 2.8mil special warrants for 2 mil cash and may 10 - 3 mil shares issued for 20 mil in cash. It looks like they are milking the investors for cash. They reported the third quarter Jan 29 and lost 20 cents a share. They are increasing shares to raise cash so it looks like they are hurting. IMHO this is a sign of a weak company that if it doesn't start to make money will get bought out for a song and a dance or else crashes and burns. 9 bucks seems a bit steep for a under performing company like Microforum. JMHO Mike
