Jeff, sorry, but I really do not have a good grasp of the counter trends in this stock. Right now, the trend is definitely down, but if Marty is elected to the board, I would not be surprised to see at least a positive knee jerk reaction. The general outcome would depend on the toxic financing (downward pressure) and the extent that the business plan shows signs of being executed. I do not see positive cash flow in the next two quarters, so my bias is toward more toxic financing and a general negative trend. Zeev
