Dennis, OK I'll go check. The last time I did, it didn't show that he bought a million shares recently. Yes, he owns more than a million shares with the additional new purchases as he is an early investors in CUST from way back.

Sanchez bought 502,064 according to the filings I see since 9/3/98. It's not insubstantial, but it isn't a million.

Of course insider ownership is inconsequential when a company has the stench that is arising from CUST here. Jack King had a huge # of shares in ZITL, likewise John Rendall had significant shares of SOLV. The less scrupulous have ways of cashing out their equity so that people can't see it happen.
