Just read this over at NPEC's RB thread, post #611

TO ALL.....

Just spoke with Dave and things are getting incredibly
interesting. He said he got calls from 3 of the MM's
wondering what is going on with NPEC(?). Are they short?
Well, Dave seems to think so. To further solidify that
question, he received (2) more phone calls from Investors
supposedely wanting to buy large blocks at 10 cents. One
wanted 4 million and the other didn't specify. Of course they
wanted a deal, as they were going to put NPEC in their
Newsletters and send it out to 100's of potential investors.
Dave denied them, because there weren't any shares to sell.
Once these (2) investors heard "no deal", they hung up
without exchanging names and numbers. He thought that
was odd(?). Just another attempt by MM's to get shares of
what they are short in. Out of Dave's 13 year career as
Investor Relations, this was the 1st time he had ever seen the
MM's try and scam shares for their own short selves in this
manner. They are running scared!!! They are running out of
shares. For example, Dave's friend put a limit order for 250k
shares at .1025 with 10 minutes left in the day and didn't get
one share. Geez, I think with continued buying, we could
possibly see this thing pop as soon as tommorrow....THE
FLOAT IS NOW ALMOST GONE!!!! I will not predict
price movement, but take STRU as an example....once the
buying continued, and shares dried up, it exploded. Check it
out yourselves. I will give you an update tommorrow
sometime. Have a great evening!
