You really ought to do some DD, Dennis, by that I assume you have done extensive DD. So tell me, why do you think CUST's unreleased product has any merit and be accepted by real customers? How are they gonna compete with VRSN and other pure players in the field? Why do you think the law firm owned by one of its directors can successfully market CUST's unproven product to the e-commerce community? Do they have any channel partners? Where's their distribution system? With only 16 employees (including management and secretaries), how do they impress customers that they have the experiences and resources to back their products? I couldn't find answers to any of these questions. Maybe you can shed some light. Regards, Tom
