The narrow issue being addressed in the message you referenced, and predecessors, is the construction of institutional press releases and what credibility one might wish to afford certain types of comments within them. We were not discussing insider buying or technology or other such issues. You might have noticed that the message was marked "OFF TOPIC". That was a good clue.
