Not hype. $2 estimated EPS for Yr 2000. Blow out quarter around the corner. Read the link I posted earlier about how secure NITE's business is.

kapkan, of course the ECNs pose serious competition to NITE and every other major market maker... but at the moment an enormous amount of order flow from the major online brokers is directed through NITE alone... and uninformed retail orders are pure gold... it's obviously a business that can be extremely profitable... think of the NYSE specialist as a comparison... those franchises are not passed from grandfather to father to son because it's tough to make a buck... indeed, anyone with an 8th grade education can make money on the floor.
