Re: announcement

Further to news in Stockwatch April 16 1999, the company's long-term
agreement with the Internet company, America On Line (AOL) to pay for
advertising on all of the company's 22 U.S.-based Mall TV sites has been
extended to include seven additional malls. The networks in these
additional malls are owned and operated by the Mills Corporation under the
name name of Mills TV.
The additional seven Mills malls will provide AOL with exposure in 29
malls, representing 26 markets and reaching approximately 9.5 million
consumers per month. The addition of the Mills TV network to the AOL
purchase order demonstrates that as Mall TV grows into more locations, the
selling proposition to national advertisers is accentuated.

Not a bad announcement. I just looked at the Mills Corp site. Very interesting company. Very interesting malls.
