Phil, I'm using the number 70 million but that is a ballpark figure. These shares have been sold throughout '96, '97, and '98. Gordon has 14 million now which consists of 2.3 million he had in Nov., '98 (assumed to be free trading); a 5 million share grant occurring in 1998 (restricted for 1 year but not sure when the year is up); and the 6.7 million he obtained by converting loan into shares at $.15 in Feb., '99 (free-trading, I believe). Are these shares up for sale? That is why I call Paul Henry and ask how many shares Gordon owns. Regards, Suzanne
