Mike,

CUST started work on its Internet transaction payment system and digital signature system in 1999 and managed to spend around 2 MM on it (as of March 31, 99). The Company currently expects to invest $20,000,000 to $30,000,000 during 1999 on its Internet transaction payment system for software development, marketing, expanded lease facilities, communications, computers and related equipment to establish a computing center and related personnel and start-up operating costs.

Why should CUST trade at a market cap greater than 1 Billion? The product has not even been developed/previewed yet and the J Charles analyst thinks it is worth a market cap of 3.5 billion.

IMO, we saw the blow-off top yesterday. It is downhill from here. If I am wrong, I will be stopped out of my short position and will re-enter at a later date.

Regards.
Rajiv
