Barbara,

I hope your question doesn't get overlooked in the excitement around todays press release. I don't have the answers. I would like to learn more about the SB-2a and it's "stock talk" also.

I have read only simple books on some of this stuff and still don't "get it". Anyway, options, warrants, common stock...I could use a little help myself. I'll have to call my brother-in-law and ask for some help (works for Everen Securities). Can anyone else answer the questions Barbara and I have...

And for today's news: Another step forward. Boy, how can anyone not see that FNTN's mgmt. is really tops. Once again, progress, credibility, and no hype.

Share Count.

Barbara, according to my records (which have
been rumored to be even more accurate than
the records of the company), I have the share
count at well under 51 million. I would be
interested in seeing how you arrived at the 51
million.

Also, there was a key question asked during the live
chat - here it is as copied from the transcript:

MODERATOR> Is it the intention of the selling security holders in the SB2 to sell their shares, or are they likely to be long-term investors?

SPEAKER_Msheppard> We believe they will be long-term investors, based on their actions up to this point, and on our previous due diligence.

Geez, I wonder who asked that question?

Anyways, for what it is worth, I have done my own due diligence
on the same issue, and have arrived at the same conclusion. I
would suggest that anyone who is also interested in the answer
to the above question, conduct their own due diligence.

Regards,
CH
