And why is that? The Company's official press release stated as clear as could be that the record date was May 20th and if you owned TNRG on THAT DATE you were guaranteed shares of TIPS. Where were YOU, pal, when we needed you BEFORE the May 17th deadline? Why weren't YOU calling mgmt a LIAR and their mouth piece a LIAR? No, you come along here with 20/20 hindsight and tell us how smart you were. Post information we can use. Don't twist your arm patting yourself on the back all the time
