Bullrider & puddinhead,

Your missing the point of the 144 or attempting to misrepresent it. I'm not sure what your motives are.

By filing a 144 these investors are positioning themselves for a sell for their own reasons. If you go back and research you'll find that only 5 of the latest listings are in any position to sell and the bulk of the remaining listings expired without being exercised.

I agree. I've been in for awhile (for a penny stock) and have not seen any movement. In at .105 and looking to get out soon. Money can be put to better use. Can always get back in.

A 13 month check of insider filings show 6mm shares on the FORM 144s filed. However, not a single FORM 4 has shown up to date. 144 filings are quite normal, filed almost robotically, and mean little until they are executed.
