Good Morning Chief & Everyone, I just finished a conference call with most of the individuals that share the work in regards to "due diligence" and I did get a chance to speak with Mr. Naughton yesterday afternoon. Again, I apologize for not being able to get this report out earlier. First of all, in regards to GoOn-Line. The most likely timeframe for the start of the soft opening is scheduled between June 1-June 3. Full roll-out is scheduled for the middle of June. There will be a series of very important and strategic announcements leading up to the full-blown Grand Opening. They will be timed to maximize the greatest interest for this Grand Opening. Many more strategic alliances will be announced during this time span, both with various entities as well as various individuals. We also learned that JNNE has been inundated with calls concerning companies that want to market their wares on GoOn-Line. I look for a full range of various merchandise that will have an appeal that will attract a large and very diversified audience. I expect to see something today in regards to the start of the string of announcements that I previously mentioned. Another one later this week is not out of the question. I believe Mr. Naughton's game-plan is to build the announcements to a crescendo leading up to the middle of June. On the kiosk side I am led to believe that we have some even better developments taking place but Mr. Naughton would not elaborate but did say that we could very well find out very soon. Myself and my group have been placing orders at the bid or slightly lower for the last few trading days to test the MM's resolve. None of them were willing to give us fills. Our buying plans will be changing today as we feel that we have based very well in this price range and we could very well be ready to move forward. Lastly, this was OUR "due diligence".
