Rande, know you dont usually respond during trading hours... I missed the PLCOP conversion because I wasn't paying attention...I remember reading it at the time and did some more reading this morning...my mistake for glancing at it, looks like I could have enetered at .75 and you're right it was a better level then...still looks like an interesting buy even at 2.5....but maybe the move is the common shares which will jump quicker...thanks for taking the time to answer me... Respond when you can...I'm curious to see what level would be a limt? how high would you go... on either.. thanks, Teach, Coach, Rich
