My theory of recent events on the WCII stock price is that we have been above that 42.625 price for about five weeks now. In another week or so, if the price does not dip below that level, certain debt certificates will have to be cashed in at a favorable rate for the company but conversely for an unfavorable rate for major players. I believe that this is their ultimate attempt to bring the price under that strike level in order to avoid cashing in. I think that if we stay above the strike price for the remaining week or so required, we will see a major move in short covering and hence price increase.
