Sacramento being the State Capitol will give SWIM maximum exposure throughout California and this contract could pave the way for several more to come. And who was it that said nobody would ever buy SWIM?

Again TAP let me remind you and your followers just what is being said:

"The Public Water Quality Division of Sacramento intends to conduct, during the next several months, a comprehensive performance review of the Pen-Based Computers purchased. Management believes that a conclusive review of the hardware will result in the purchase of over 100 units, including the company's SWIM software for Sacramento's field maintenance vehicles at an aggregate purchase price of over $1
million."

Take special note to it say Management believes that a conclusive review of the hardware will result in the purchase of over 100 units, including the company's SWIM software. Nothing is being said about a contract existing. Please lets not read something in to the announcement. You have away of doing that. Lets not misrepresent the facts. You know that full disclosure is a requirement when dealing with stocks.
