BIZZ has reported first quarter revenues of $1,873,436, positive EBITDA of $272,268 and upped their subscriber base to 22,262. biz.yahoo.com In answer to your question, the company needs to consolidate its initial acquisitions, continue to report positive EBITDA and use their cash for some strategic acquisitions. I personally think that the stock is overpriced at this level and have not added it to my portfolio. LOAX is a complete mystery, IMHO a $5 stock.
