What is a tick error? How do you spot one? Did someone actually buy or sell Dell at 35 3/16 today? What happenned with TY today? It scared me- for a second I thought I lost $50,000.

Its time to call a halt to this carnage. I believe it was Voltaire who said "they" cannot afford to ruin the market, merely produce volatily. So will express the opinion the market is now ready to turn
before the market makers start to lose also by losing all their customers and ending up with an empty playground with nobody interested in the new IPO's they want to sell.
