I hope maybe they read this thread - if they do it is easier to notify problems here than try and phone them....:)

Pretty sad commentary, don't you think? As a paying customer you have a better chance of contacting Datek using a non-affiliated service (SI) where you have to pay for the right to post messages than try to contact their customer service directly!
