Good Morning Bill,

It seems Angela is posting on RB. She posted her phone number last night and is answering questions this morning. She posted what the Transfer Agents share count was back in April. I have asked her to please post the TA name and number. Interesting... the count she gave is more then 11M. But then again it's RB so who knows.......

Deb'

Burton,

How would you know if insiders bought shares on Friday? After all, a 100K buy represents only $4K USD, not a big deal.

With respect to timber shortages that you refer to, where do you get the impression that there is any timber shortage anywhere? Do you mean very specific types of timber and if so, again, are you sure about shortages? If this were true, one would have thought that the leases would have been put to use a long time ago.

On the CON side, I agree with you that the basics are not yet in the public domain. If some of the posts are true about the o/s number of shares are correct (roughly 15mm), this would give a market cap for VCAH of about $1mm USD. We don't know that value of the assets moved into the joint venture with Veamco, but it sounds as if the market is saying that the wood is far from being harvested/sold/joint ventured/whatever. I suspect that the company will have to raise funds to stay alive and develop itself.

In any case, after three wasted press releases early in the year, I hope they won't repeat their amateurish handling of investor relations.

Yes Tony knows timnber and lumber... That he convinced me of yesterday and he does no t know the stock market.

CON: Non reporting; They have attorneys in New York and an accountant doing a GAAP Audit to be fully reporting questions with share ownership; My take is 15M OS 11M in the float of which 6M is held by one person who is pro VCAH, 3M held by two others wanting voting control which leaves only 2M available which is why it moves on low volume
perhaps problems with financing Apparently that is resolved in the deals Tony had. He has another compnay that will do all the cutting and they get a piece of the pie on every block(though they can factor a large timber order); rumors of Tony leavingThat is because Tony wanted stock NOT just options. He threatened to leave if he did not get some 144 stock which he did. Plus he states he did not attend any party and cl;aim to have resigned. He has not make a resignation.

PRO: World-wide timber shortage;Absolutely and that is a key factor large VEAMCO tracts of timber; That I was able to verify also and it looks like there is a lot more too Tony's timber expertise and contacts; with a solid reputation tooVEAMCO export licenses in place; yep but I have not confirmed that as of yet $ size of potential timber
orders; have not been able to confirm those either major shareholder purchases of VCAH (100K
buy on Friday). this brings us to the agendas vs shareholders. Ok on one hand the large shareholders are not interested in selling but they are interested in getting control and since this is not controlled by management the shareholders with the most shares have the vote. This is good for shareholders because they are going to have to buy in the open market to get 51% of the shares. Now the other side is two PRs firms wanting the business for stock ... again they will do all the public exposure. I really can't see a downside to the voting control nor the PR.

Now I have just started DDing this one and I have a lot to do but it appears to be a solid scenario ... The conflicts really only help because they involve someone having to buy the control of the vote in the market.

Now this is only my take and I have not been here but one day. SO if someone has more than what I have discovered then let me know. BTW two people are fighting over wanting to do the website.

:-)
