If so, I would greatly appreciate an announcement to that effect!!!

Would Valence be required to announce that threshhold being reached?

If we don't get such an announcement, would it confirm the lack of size to this transaction?

Dennis: Exactly my same thoughts about that trigger. My guess is it will trigger IDB's agreement, but whether or not they have to announce it to the world.....hmmmmm.....good question. A PERFECT question for the new CFO at the next conference call if we haven't had it cleared up by that point.

Meanwhile, like HC, I'm enjoying the rise. And HC, try not to be too hard on Mr. Bill.........NOT! ;-)
