The SEC? What do they have to do with this? The SEC did not guarantee the dividend to holders of May 20th. The paid promoter is subject to SEC rules, as well as the rules of one of more of the 50 USA State banking departments, but certainly we don't "sue the SEC" nor do we complain to the SEC. This is a matter between the Company and the injured parties and the paid promoters and the injured parties. As of today the Company's official press release still stands GUARANTEEING TIPS to anyone holding TNRG last May 20th. If any control party sold before May 18th they could be up the creek without a paddle.
