I did not think available cash on hand right now is a concern. But with the building of 2 major facilities along with buying majority interest in TVontheWEB and now AENTV PLUS making certain that they have enough cash and leverage left to complete their acqisition strategy may have played a part in their Reiter decision. Cash flow is a concern and they are spending money at an alarming rate,which is nessasary to execute strategy and at some point they must find ways to increase cash flow.
