I think that we will see a .50 - .75 ICA stock by summers end. Board looks really strong and I understand that interest with potential development candidates is high. This stock is a bargain at this price. Another stock V.RRV has been halted since the end of Feb awaiting permission from the VAN/AL commission to resume. They went from mining to the the internet and have hooked up with a firm called Biotech. Watch for this one to go. RRV went up to $1.40 from .30 in a short period. Expect same for ICA in the short term due to all the internet interest. Big money to be made.
