Utility stocks. I'm not a bond man. I never have been able to grasp bonds. I'm equity oriented and have been for 25 years. This does not mean bonds aren't the way to go they just aren't for me. Possibly the best play if the implications on the reveresal in the 20 Bond average is stocks benefit, is convertible bonds. Now, considering the 20 bond average, it is not 20 boxes down. this reversal up could be a good one. Yesterdays action, to me was simply an unwinding of expiration day. This was covered fully in "from the analyst". Go to the audio "afternoon call" on our web site, for both prof. and individual and I will discuss this change in bonds. Just go and click it on. Pass the word on the audio as It is the first day we have put it out on the individual service. Tom
