Baldur's complaint is not that someone can trade the stock in this manner, but that it can trade in no other manner. No one had to buy anyone at the SEC, their system and charter, as well as the way they interpret that charter, are fatally flawed. If they suspend any stock for ten days, and then lift the suspension because there is no grounds to extend or renew it, then it defies logic why the injured company cannot return to it's exchange and trade normally on day 11 with no paperwork by anyone and no further questions asked. Anything less is simply punishment without due process-and there is no possibility of redress.
