" the Company has formed a strategic alliance with AOL..." Past tense, not "will form" or "plans to form". I read it to be a done deal, JMO.

Good luck to us,

Ray:<<The following is from the 14A, the link to it is in message #16 on this thread. In the first sentence it states 'with AOL pursuant to a marketing agreement'. >.

Ray, Webster's definition of "pusuant". "in conformity with; according to."
So, You take this part of the filing, "the Company has formed a strategic
alliance with AOL pursuant to a marketing agreement" and plug in the definition of "pursuant" and you get this "the company has formed a strategic alliance with AOL {in conformity with/according to} a marketing agreement.
In other words, according to AGRS it is already a done deal. Of course, the "strategic alliance" is probably nothing more than AGRS paying AOL to be on their shopping site. Jeff
