Tim and other thread members, Good Morning.

Looking for a little help here. I've been strumming my guitar, reading your posts, and doing research on the picks here.

So far I understand why you believe most of the stocks are in play for a buy out.

I'm puzzled with JACO. What are the indications I should be looking at in this case? What am I missing?
