Check the date on the 'NEWS' from Yahoo! post. Only value I see in this issue is as a relatively clean shell for future acquisition. The shares outstanding must be enormous, so buy in anticipation of at least a 1 for 100 dilution.

People over on raging bull are saying over 40 million shares but it has to be more, there has been a 1 million share trade today. With volume like that it has to be high, doesn't mean it won't move..ie, PABN , BICO, etc.
