REW.....

The revenue projection from the Signature Deal are based on the transfer of existing business or based on the transfer of projected business?

Where business is current revenue derived from time-billing to Signanture transfered or projected reveneue based on Signature's other divisions?

Anyway, I spoke with Mr. Accola. The deal with the Fireman's group
is a full $10 card deal not a 'promo card deal as was previously reported.

Also per my conversation with Conrad, I have a much better understanding of how the distributorships work and should work
with national deals. I will elaborate on this relationship in a
subsequent post...

I also spoke with Richard Olsen at TSIG.com and was told the distributor packages are being shipped NOW. So the distributors
hopefully will be functioning soon.

The levels of membership were explained to me.
The three levels are Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The distinction between these levels is the size and exclussivity of
territories and the initial allocation of cards.

After the initial allocation is used, the distributor has to purchase
cards from TSIG. Don't know the exact allocation of cards per level.

The Silver membership has no protected territory.
The Gold level has a protected territory of 1/2 mil people
The Platinum has a protected territory of 1 mil.

Territories are defined by counties. For example, a county with 3 mill people can theoretically have 3 platinum distributors. Platinum and Gold distributors can preclude the sale of Silvers in subscribed areas.

If someone doesn't sell enough cards within an area, they may lose their distributorship. The specific terms of these performance levels
is explained in the package which I haven't received yet.

When I receive the package, I will elaborate further on the outline above I established also in a subsequent post.

The Platinum costs $30,000. TSIG gets a nice mark up on subsequent card sales. The distributor has a lot of motivation to sell cards to recoup his costs. The distributor is also an independent contractor who facillitates the understanding and sale of "cards".

The distributor network is very important.

This should have been a higher priority to get in place.

But now it looks like it is being put in place WITH A LOT of interest from both former CCI distributors and new distributors.

This potentially could generate significant upfront revenue.

And like I wrote before revenues are the real issue.....
