B_S, agreed, financials won't be stellar, BUT...

I have noticed that when most OTC-BB Companies post their 10SB as well, you usually get a 30% or so BOOST in the stock price, which would take us to about $4.00, for a change...

So ah, where are the financials? They said it would take about four weeks. Is the SEC inquiry over yet? Seems like they are trying to run it before D-Day hits you all with the real news that it is another company Berg and Ray are crimmin.
