Right click My Computer (or whatever you call your computer
icon), click properties, click the performance tab, and
under Virtual Memory click Change.

Then specify how much you want on each partition. That's the
only way you can control it (well, you could edit the registry
directly,
but that's what you're doing by changing these properties,
so why make it harder?). You will have to reboot.
NT takes care of the files.

You need to leave some on the C drive or you can't capture
certain crash info, not that it's likely to be much use.

Aside from that, though, I like to put enough to run with
in the C partition just in case I need to boot without other drives
in the system for some reason. Currently I have 128MB on C.
