I heard a rumor that Digitcom was gonna purchase AT&T and that all shareholders of DGIV would receive 3 shares of AT&T for every DGIV share.

WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!!! I heard it was 5.73 shares of AT & T for every DGIV share. HUMPH! Gonna vote "NO" on my proxy form when that comes up! Not a smidgeon less than 5.73 will I accept for mine! <vgb>
