<<Conference call replay data. Dial in (800) 633-8284, pass code #12405306. The replay is available until 5/28 @ 6:30 pm (Central) time.>> GG: Thanks for the update. I listened to the NETP CC replay last night. The company continues to mature and build out an impressive platform for LONG TERM profitability and growth. I note that NETP has recently retained experienced talent to help lead their European expansion as well as their product management activities. There seemed to be an emphasis on finding new strategic partners and penetrating the enterprise space. I find that the following Piper Jaffray comments (made on 5/25/99) may be worth keeping in mind: <<-Partners like Oracle and IBM are starting to utilize Net Perceptions in some of their customers installations as a solution for real-time customer behavior analysis and prediction. Partners are using the Net Perceptions solution as differentiation points in competitive situations. In addition, NETP has also signed a strategic partnership with Net.Gensis, which provides site analysis software. We also anticipate several major customer announcements in the coming months that could substantially push up average transaction size. -Net Perceptions' software is being used in many offline applications. In many instances beyond e-commerce, NETP's technology can aid companies to better serve their customers. By correctly predicting customer behavior and acting accordingly companies can offer more value to consumers. This is evident as some customers are installing NETP's technology at multiple customer touch points including web and call center. We believe this trend is indicative of the market as NETP takes share not only in the online world, but at several offline touch points with multiple revenue streams. -The company has traction of products, technology, customer base, and the customer relationship management market. The Company continues to build its brand name customer base while increasing pipeline and average deal size. the company is focused on the quality of its customer rather than just sheer number. We believe the average transaction size will be an indication of the quality of customers. As the company continues to expand its product footprint and increase the sales force, we believe revenue will continue to grow in excess of 100% for the remainder of 1999 and into 2000. We reiterate our Strong Buy rating and recommend NETP as a core holding in the Internet Infrastructure Area.>> Best Regards, Scott
