First of all TAP....don't you try and start slanting things as you usually do. That quote you quoted me on was written midway thru our dealings....you imply that it was done in closing, which it was not. If you post that...why don't you also post our conversations after that was posted......Or would you like for me to ?? You know what I am talking about...I have every correspondence saved.....You admitted to being wrong, you admitted to making things up and jumping to wrong conclusions....you practically begged me for forgiveness. Don't go misleading people by posting quotes or posts, unless you include everything...the full picture. We did settle our thing in private when you admitted to being wrong. I put you on our " watch list ", and this is where you have remained. As I said in my earlier post, the questions I asked were not asked on my behalf. You evidentaly have some folks that follow your picks that are not happy campers right now. They have been contacting my office quite a bit since this last dividend deal you were involved in. I was specifically asked to present the question to you in public, as you have supposedly not responded satisfactorily in private. Lastly...my posting here has nothing to do with the news sowk put out, however I do find it interesting that you are promoting a company that claims they are not associated with you. SOWK claims they paid you in shares for certain things, but that they no longer are associated with you and are not aware you are even promoting them anymore. This was told to me, quite awhile ago, and to another investor that recently private e-mailed me. Do yourself a favor TAP...I am not trying to push your buttons and start anything publicly with you, so I suggest you do yourself a big favor and don't try and instigate me into a fight....I am doing my job. If you don't like the fact that you have unhappy customers, then change your way of doing business. You really need to wake up and smell the roses....There must be a reason you are having so many complaints filed against you......people don't complain when they are being treated in the right manner. Lastly, in the future, I suggest you simply answer the question presented. I will not fight with you publicly, I will simply file a subpoena and stop you from doing business while this all gets sorted out. And don't be surprised if this happens anyway...you pissed o some influential people awhile back that are watching you closely and building a case against you. I suggest you quit furnishing them with ammo......
